What is a Flex Desk?
A Flex Desk provides access to a shared workstation in our professional coworking environment. It's ideal for remote workers, freelancers, entrepreneurs, students, and anyone looking for a productive workspace without a long-term commitment.
What is a Dedicated Workstation?
A Dedicated Workstation is your own reserved wrap-around workstation. It's available exclusively to you, allowing you to keep your equipment and belongings set up and ready to go between workdays.
Can I rent a Private Office for just one day?
Yes! Our Private Office is available for half-day and full-day rentals when available. It's a great option for client meetings, focused work, interviews, consultations, or anyone who needs a private professional space for the day.
Is the workspace accessible 24/7?
24/7 access is available with select workspace options. Please check the details of your membership or rental type for specific access information.
Is parking available?
Paid street parking is available nearby. We recommend allowing a little extra time to find parking during busier periods.

We are located in Penticton, BC, conveniently situated for local professionals, entrepreneurs, remote workers, and businesses looking for a professional workspace in the Okanagan.
Can I rent the Boardroom if I'm not a member?
Absolutely. Our Boardroom is available to both members and non-members and can be booked by the hour, half day, or full day.
What is included with my workspace rental?
All workspace rentals include access to high-speed Wi-Fi, shared kitchenette and washroom facilities, and a professional coworking environment. Additional features and amenities vary depending on the workspace type.
Do I need to book in advance?
Advance booking is recommended, particularly for Flex Desks, Private Offices, and Boardroom rentals. Availability is subject to the space and date requested.
Can I leave my belongings at my workspace?
Dedicated Workstation members can leave their work equipment and belongings securely at their reserved workstation. Flex Desk users should take their personal belongings with them at the end of their booking.
Can I bring a client or guest?
Yes. Guests are welcome when appropriate for your workspace booking. If you are meeting with multiple clients or colleagues, our Boardroom provides a more comfortable and professional setting.
Do you offer monthly memberships?
Yes. Monthly options are available for our Flex Desks, Dedicated Workstations, and Private Office, depending on availability. Monthly memberships are ideal for professionals looking for a consistent workspace without the overhead of maintaining a traditional office.
